• The event is limited to the Cape Peninsula and surrounding areas.
• Courier to outside participants can be arranged at your own cost.
  
• All local entrants will receive a gift pack of 3 items inclusive of your entry fee, i.e. an embroidered head visor, an event cloth mask and a bottle of RTD (ready to drink Powerade).
• You can also purchase a special 31st commemorative t-shirt online.
  

• Run from the comfort of your own home
• Distance selected must be completed between Saturday the 27th & Wednesday the 31st March 2021
• You have 5 days in TOTAL to complete the distance you have chosen
• Collection of your sponsored items and purchased t-shirts will take place at the Sportsman’s Warehouse store you selected on Friday 26th March 2021 10:30 – 17:00.

• Runners / Walkers are not allowed on highways, major arterials or any other road where running/walking is prohibited.
• Runners / Walkers must please stick to their neighbourhoods and/or their regular training routes Run / Walk on sidewalks

How to track you run?

• Complete your event, take pics of you wearing your sponsored items, claim your certificate and share it with us on social media and tag @topeventssa to go into the lucky draw for some amazing prizes.
• An email will be sent to you to claim your certificate on completion of the event  – please be sure to have your entry reference number and finish time handy when claiming your certificate.
• Sign up for the strava timing app to track yourself.
