About this event

The 2019 ARD 3 Vlei 10km took place Sunday, 6 October 2019 from 06:30, at Fairmount High School, Klip Rd in Grassy Park, Western Cape, South Africa. Distances included a 10km and 5km races.

Our race has the unique feature of passing all 3 wetlands in the area – Princess Vlei, Rondevlei & Zeekoevlei!
The race covers a fast, flat 10km route suitable for all runners. The 5km fun run/walk also starts & finishes at Fairmount High School. It will be best suited for juniors, novices & leisure walkers.
