No entries available on race day

Entry fee inclusive of the limited edition moisture management event
Entrants must complete their selected distance within the stipulated dates, 16th May – 24th May.
Collection of your sponsored items and t-shirt will take place at the Western Cape Sportsmans Warehouse store you selected on the 14th May 2021 11:00 – 18:00. Collections for National Stores will take place from 14 May – 30 May 2021.

START & FINISH: Start and finish for all distances at Virtual Race

Entrants must complete their selected distance within the stipulated dates, 16th May – 24th May.
Complete your event, take pics of you wearing your sponsored items, claim your certificate and share it with us on social media, and tag @topeventssa to go into the lucky draw for some amazing prizes.
An email will be sent to you to claim your certificate on completion of the event. Please be sure to have your entry reference number and time handy when claiming your certificate.
Please adhere to all COVID-19 restrictions & social distancing measures.
Runners are not allowed to run on highways, major arterials, or any other road where running is prohibited.
Runners must please stick to their neighborhoods and/or their regular training routes
Run-on sidewalks
Please respect all City by-laws.
Littering is strictly prohibited.
Encourage your runners to not run alone, and to stick to small groups or use a buddy system. Also encourage your runners to inform a fellow club member, friend, or loved one of the routes they will be running

If you Google “Running Training Programs” or something similar you will find many free programs out there. And some are great, but if you are looking for something more, Coach Parry is the way to go.

They have a whole range of programs, and an awesome app to help you every step of the way. What is more you can join the forums on their website to ask questions or advise.
