LIMITED ENTRIES AVAILABLE
EARLY BIRD Entries available until 31 March 2024
Substitutions, upgrades or downgrades carry an administration fee of R100
Long sleeve moisture management shirts to the first 500 entries (manual and online entries combined).
Great grandmasters (70+) & blind runners are eligible for free entry, but they MUST enter online.

Number collection

Number Collection Information

Number Collection will take place at:
- Food Lovers Market Boksburg on
  - Friday, 17 May @ 12h00-15h00
  - Saturday, 18 May @ 10h00-15h00

Number collection will also take place on the day from 05h00 - 06h00

Virtual race participants will be able to collect their medals and shirts during this time as well.

START & FINISH: Start and finish for all distances at Food Lover's Market Boksburg, Corner Northrand &, Goodman Rd, Beyers Park

Tog Bags

Tog bag facilities will be available

Headphones

The use of music players with headphones is not allowed and may result in disqualification

PARKING:

LIMITED PARKING!!! Secure parking will be available.
Please pay attention to social media and website for these areas.
Please arrive early to avoid any delays on the morning

HYDRATION: Refreshments will be available along the route. Water points every 3-3.5km
PETS: We regret that athletes are not allowed to participate with pets..

If you Google “Running Training Programs” or something similar you will find many free programs out there. And some are great, but if you are looking for something more, Coach Parry is the way to go.

They have a whole range of programs, and an awesome app to help you every step of the way. What is more you can join the forums on their website to ask questions or advise.

Coach Parry himself, the Official Coaching Partner for the Comrades, Soweto Marathon & Om die Dam Ultra will be on hand to provide answers and give advise.
