The 2023 Gazamed 3-in-1 took place on Saturday, 13 May 2023, at Giyani Stadium in Giyani, Limpopo. Distances were 21.1km, 10km and 5km. Official results have been published by the timekeeper.

Gazamed Pharmacy and Giyani Gallopers Athletics Club are proud to bring the annual Gazamed 3 in 1 marathon which started in 2011. As Gazamed Pharmacy we strive to bring our local communities together by ensuring that this marathon serves all.
