Number Collection Information

Number Collection will take place at:
- the venue on
  - Thursday, 21 March @ 10h00-17h00
  - Friday, 22 March @ 13h00-17h00
  - Saturday, 23 March @ 10h00-17h00

Number collection will also take place on the day from 04h00 - 05h00

START & FINISH: Start and finish for all distances at Klipriviersberg Recreation Centre, Kibler Park

The use of music players with headphones is not allowed and may result in disqualification

TIMING: Your race number will include a timing chip and timing will be based on mat-to-mat for both the 21km & 42km events. This is an essential Comrades qualifier or if already qualified is excellent training preparation.
WALKERS: Walkers welcome on the half marathon only.
CUT-OFF:

Half-way cut-off for the 42.2km will be 2hrs 45min
Finish line cut-off times for the 21.1 & 42.2km will be strictly at 12h00.

If you Google “Running Training Programs” or something similar you will find many free programs out there. And some are great, but if you are looking for something more, Coach Parry is the way to go.
