Timing Chip: Note that if you do not have a timing chip, one can be purchased for R30
T-Shirts: 2600 Vests/T-Shirts will be issued to pre-entries, there after Vests/T-Shirts will be ordered for entrants over 2600
Manual 10km entries close 12pm on the day of the race
NOTE: MALE RUNNERS MAY ONLY ENTER THE 5KM RACE. PLEASE DRESS UP TO ADD TO THE FESTIVITIES.

Number Collection will take place at:
- Oxford Striders Running Club on
  - Saturday, 24 February @ 09h00-13h00
  - Wednesday, 28 February @ 17h00-19h00
  - Thursday, 29 February @ 17h00-19h00
  - Friday, 1 March @ 17h00-19h00

Number collection will also take place on the day from 09h00

Collections on the day close @:

14h00 (5km entries)
12h00 (10km entries)

START:

10km - Utrecht Ave, Bonnie Doon

FINISH: Oxford Striders, Beach Road, Nahoon

WATER: There will be refreshment stations provided along both the 5km & 10km routes.
TIMING CHIP PURCHASE: The Timing Chips Fee is only payable if you don’t already own an Oxford Striders Timing Chip. These chips will be yours to keep and can be used at any Oxford Striders event.
PRE OWNED CHIPS - If you already own a timing chip please bring it to Oxford Striders for verification when collecting your race shirt.

If you Google “Running Training Programs” or something similar you will find many free programs out there. And some are great, but if you are looking for something more, Coach Parry is the way to go.

They have a whole range of programs, and an awesome app to help you every step of the way. What is more you can join the forums on their website to ask questions or advise.
