About this event

The 2025 Kosmos 3-in-1 took place Saturday, 8 March 2025 from 06:00, at Lake Umuzi, South Bank, Kingfisher street in Secunda, Mpumalanga, South Africa. Distances included a 73km, 42km, 21km and 10km races.

Come and test your athletic ability among the fiercest on the ultra-marathon circuit. The Kosmos 3-in-1 is a unique 73.3 km race, taking place at Lake Umuzi in Secunda. The 73.3 km are broken down into 3 races as follows. 42.2km – starting at 6 am, then runners line up again for the 21.1km starting at 13H00 and line up again at 17H00 for a 10km race. Or build your own distance during the course of the day.

The 42.2km race is a Comrades Marathon qualifier.
