This event was not heldThe 2020 Virtual Meiringspoort Half-Marathon took place on Saturday, October 10, 2020 from 06h00 at the De Rust NG Church, Corner Le Roux and Church Street in De Rust, Eastern Cape. Distances included a 21.1km, 12.5km and 5km races....
COVID – 19 regulations and resultant uncertainties have left us with no other alternative but to cancel this year’s event. This decision was not taken lightly. A lot of planning, hard work and costs have been incurred in preparation to date. It is a big disappointment for us and we believe, to our loyal supporters as well.
To try and curb some of these losses and disappointment we have decided to take to uncharted waters and offer a “VIRTUAL” event. We will be relying on your unreserved support, giving you Loyalty status to the 2021 event and thereby ensuring that we all can be back in 2021 at a bigger and better event.
