The 2023 Midvaal MADMAC took place Saturday, 15 July 2023 from 07:30, at Café du Cirque, Daleside, Randvaal in Meyerton, Gauteng, South Africa. Distances included a 21km, 10km and 5km races.

Venue : Just off the R59 at Randvaal Road offramp, Café du Cirque
