The use of music players with headphones is not allowed and may result in disqualification

TRANSPORT: Ferry departs from the Nelson Mandela Gateway to Robben Island, Clock Tower Precinct, V&A Waterfront
WATER: There will be no refreshment tables on route. Athletes will receive a bottle of water prior to the start which must be carried for the duration of the race and handed in at the finish in exchange for a medal
