About this event

The 2022 Absa RUN YOUR CITY Cape Town 10k took place on Sunday, 15 May 2022, at Woodbridge Island in Cape Town, Western Cape. It was a single 10km road race. Official results have been published by the timekeeper.

The 10km point to point route is fast and flat, highlights iconic
landmarks and boasts magnificent views while featuring lively
performances from some of Cape Town’s leading performing arts groups.

The morning starts with a convenient bus trip from Cape Town’s CBD to
the start in Milnerton.  The route follows the coastline running in the
direction of the majestic Table Mountain before finishing in lower Long
Street.
