About this event

The 2023 SA Run4Cancer Ultra Marathon took place on Saturday, 28 October 2023, at Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane, Limpopo. Distances were 48km, 32km, 21.1km, 10km and 5km. Official results have been published by the timekeeper. It was a qualifying event for both the Comrades Marathon and the Two Oceans Marathon.

SA Run4Cancer Ultra Marathon is a 5-in-1 road Race, in the following categories 48KM, 32KM, 21KM, 10KM & 5KM. The Race a Comrades and Two Oceans Qualifier, is hosted annually within the City of Polokwane during October supporting breast cancer awareness
