START:

42km - Premier Resort Sani Pass Golf Course
38km - Premier Resort Sani Pass Golf Course
21km - Premier Resort Sani Pass Golf Course

FINISH: Premier Resort Sani Pass Golf Course

MARATHON CUT-OFF:

There is a cut off of 3hrs 45mins at the turnaround point. Runners not getting to the top by 9:45am will not be able to continue.
There is no cut off at the finish line.

DOWN RUN TRANSPORT:

All 21.1km runners are taken up Sani Pass, to the start at the Lesotho Border Post, in shuttles.
Shuttles are included in the entry fees.
It’s approx a 2-hour drive up the pass, and one of the most scenic passes in South Africa to see!
Upon arriving at the top, runners receive rusks, cookies, tea and coffee before the start.

If you Google “Running Training Programs” or something similar you will find many free programs out there. And some are great, but if you are looking for something more, Coach Parry is the way to go.

They have a whole range of programs, and an awesome app to help you every step of the way. What is more you can join the forums on their website to ask questions or advise.
