The 2025 Sunrise Monster took place on Saturday, 1 March 2025, at Harlequin Club in Pretoria, Gauteng. Distances were 32km, 21.1km, 10km and 5km. Official results have been published by the timekeeper.

We have a race distance for everyone. The race distances include the 32km Monster, the 21km Half Monster, the 10km Mini Monster, and the 5km Baby Monster.
