About this event
The 2023 Voet van Afrika Marathon took place Saturday, 23 September 2023 from 06:00, at Bredasdorp High School in Bredasdorp, Western Cape, South Africa. Distances included a 42km, 27km, 21km, 12km, 10km and 4km races.
The Voet van Afrika is tough, challenging and a test of mental and physical endurance.
The route is unique through farming areas, gravel road and jeep tracks across the mountain, with clear country air, golden wheat fields and striking fynbos. The last stretch from Napier is on tar road to High School Bredasdorp sport ground.
