• If you would like, we offer a courier service for out of town entrants. If you choose to have your items couriered, please make sure to first select the COURIER TO ME registration venue, and tick the YES button to have the courier fee added to your payment.
• If you DO NOT pay the courier fee your items will not be sent to you.
  

TRACKING YOUR RUN:

• Sign up for Strava to track your run – https://www.strava.com/clubs/764220. Find the event Sportsmans Warehouse Half Marathon, 10km and 5km Virtual Run 2020
• While this is a virtual run, clubs and club members are still obligated to ensure lockdown legislations are not contravened.
• An email will be sent to you to claim your certificate on completion of the event; please be sure to have your entry reference number handy when claiming your certificate.

• This gift pack will have to be collected on Thursday 19 or Friday 20 November at the respective Sportsmans Warehouse stores that you have chosen to collect either Stellenbosch, Tygervalley, Rondebosch or Sea Point .
• Collection times will be from 11h00 to 17h00 on these 2 days

RACE RULES:

1.  The Winelands Virtual Event 2020 is open to all runners and walkers.
2. Entry Fees are not refundable
3. Entrants must complete their selected distance within the stipulated dates, 21st November and 22nd November 2020.
4. We encourage all runners and walkers not to litter and to follow safety precautions as stipulated by the government. Please wear your mask.
5. You enter this event voluntarily and entirely at your own risk.
6. Collection of your sponsored items and purchased t-shirts will take place at the Sportsman’s Warehouse store you selected on the 19th & 20th November 11:00 – 17:00.
7. Complete your event, take pics of you wearing your sponsored items, claim your certificate and share it with us on social media and tag @topeventssa to go into the lucky draw for some amazing prizes.
