Cancellation Process
To cancel your subscription, please log into your account and navigate to the "Subscription" section. From there, you will find an option to cancel your subscription. Alternatively, you can contact our support team at [support@runningcalendar.co.za] for assistance.
Timing of Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the upcoming period.
If you cancel after the renewal date, your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be refunded for the remainder of the period.
Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.

Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel your annual subscription within the first 14 days of your renewal, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after the 14-day period will result in no refund, and access will continue until the end of the billing cycle.
Suspension or Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at our discretion in case of violations of our terms of service. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Access After Cancellation
Once your cancellation has been processed, you will continue to have ad-free access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle.
After that, ads will once again be displayed on the RunningCalendar platforms for you

We may update or modify this cancellation policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through email or an on-site notification.
