Number Collection will take place at:
- Altrec Sports Grounds on
  - Friday, 13 March @ 10h00-16h00
  - Saturday, 14 March @ 10h00-16h00
  - Sunday, 15 March @ 10h00-15h00
  - Friday, 20 March @ 16h00-19h00
- Gautrain Marlboro Station on
  - Wednesday, 18 March @ 15h00-18h00
  - Thursday, 19 March @ 15h00-18h00

Number collection will also take place on the day from 05h00 - 06h30

START & FINISH: Start and finish for all distances at Altrec Sports Grounds

Handouts

Medals will be handed out to all participants

Sufficient safe parking is available at the venue, at no additional charge

The use of music players with headphones is not allowed and may result in disqualification

No animals/pets are allowed to participat

Toilets will be available at the start and finish

Medical staff will be on duty

Prize Giving

Scheduled to start at 09h00

The race participant parking will be available at Altrec Sports Complex Grounds with access from: Marlboro Gautrain Station, Alex Mall, Vasco from Old Pretoria Road before 5:45 - 06:00am and Entrance to the race venue will be at East Bank Ave. Maps showing the preferred routes to the venue, surrounding streets and designated parking areas will be available. Do NOT PARK where it is not permissible or safe.

If you Google “Running Training Programs” or something similar you will find many free programs out there. And some are great, but if you are looking for something more, Coach Parry is the way to go.

They have a whole range of programs, and an awesome app to help you every step of the way. What is more you can join the forums on their website to ask questions or advise.
