START & FINISH: Start and finish for all distances at Altrec Sports Grounds

Handouts

Medals to all athletes who finishes within the cut-off time

Hydration

Water point/hydration stations will be available approximately every 2.5 km on the route

Parking

Sufficient safe parking is available at the venue, at no additional charge.

Headphones

The use of music players with headphones is not allowed and may result in disqualification

Pets

No animals/pets are allowed to participat

Prize Giving

Scheduled to start at 10h30

GAUTRAIN: There will be a complimentarty shuttle service running from Marlboro station to Altrec sports grounds between 06h00 and 11h00. For athletes only.

They have a whole range of programs, and an awesome app to help you every step of the way. What is more you can join the forums on their website to ask questions or advise.
