The 2026 Barberton Makhonjwa Mountain 4-in-1 Marathon took place on Saturday, 12 September 2026, at Barberton Coronation Park (Rugby Fields) in Barberton, Mpumalanga. Distances were 42.2km, 21.1km, 10km and 4.9km. Official results have been published by the timekeeper. It was a qualifying event for both the Comrades Marathon and the Two Oceans Marathon.
