30km - Camps Bay High School
15km - Mainstream Mall, Hout Bay

FINISH: Glen Country Club, 3 Victoria Rd, Clifton

Handouts

Medals to the first 2700 finishers in the 30km race and medals to the first 2300 finishers in the 15km race

Hydration

This is a #ICarryMyOwn event. We will have water and cups at various water stations along the route (every 3km), no plastic sachets will be used.

Parking

Road Closure 05h00, please make sure get parking early

Tog Bags

Tog bag facilities will be available

Headphones

The use of music players with headphones is not allowed and may result in disqualification

Walkers

Walkers welcome on the 15km route

Toilets

Toilets will be available at the start and finish

Medical

Medical staff will be on duty

Prize Giving

Scheduled to start at 10h00

The 30km start procedure will have 4 groups. There will be staggered groups leaving at 4min intervals, starting at 05:30 and ending with the last group leaving at 05:45
NOTE: Starting in earlier batches will result in disqualification.
Cut off time: 30km (4hours 30 mins) and 15km (3 Hours). The cut-off time is calculated from the start of the last batch in each race.
All runners in the 30km who do not reach halfway point at (07:45) 2 hours and 15 minutes will be compelled to abandon the race and will be transported to the finish (no exceptions). All runners failing to comply with this rule will be disqualified.
