HAND ENTRIES : Top Gear Sport,George | Nedbank Running Club Trial – Oudtshoorn 18:00 at Wesbank Tennis Club, Buitekant Street | Nedbank Running Club Trial – George 10:30 at NCR Clubhouse, Meent Street, Heather Park

Admin Fee

Late entries will attract an additional R20 entry fee

No substitutions will be allowed

START & FINISH: Start and finish for all distances at Chandelier Game Lodge

Handouts

Medals to all athletes who finishes within the cut-off time

Hydration

There will be water points on the route

Timing

This event is timed by IPICO timing chip. NO CHIP NO TIME

Toilets

Ablution facilities will be available at start and finish

Medical

First aid is available at the finish

Start chutes close strictly at
- 06:25 for the 21km trail run,
- 06:55 for the 10 km trail run and
- 07:10 for the 5km fun trail run,
- on race day for compulsory race briefing. Arrivals after this time will not be allowed to start.

If you Google “Running Training Programs” or something similar you will find many free programs out there. And some are great, but if you are looking for something more, Coach Parry is the way to go.

They have a whole range of programs, and an awesome app to help you every step of the way. What is more you can join the forums on their website to ask questions or advise.
