• You can substitute the same entry type to another runner for a substitution fee of R35.00 before Race Day.

• NOTE: Chapman’s Peak Drive will be closed to traffic. The use of Chapman’s Peak Drive is at your own risk. Please note there is the possibility of rock falls and the danger associated therewith.
• WATER: Runners are encouraged to bring their own reusable cup or reusable bottle or hydration pack that can be refilled at each Aid station
• PARKING: 
• Please note there is limited parking space at the finish (Kronendal Primary School). We strongly encourage you to car share and to arrive early to find a parking between the start and the finish.
  
• Participants are requested not to park in any residential parking bays near any apartments. Any illegally parked vehicles will be clamped, fined or towed by the Traffic Department.
• There is parking in the following areas:
• Beach Crescent
• Milkwood Crescent (Hout Bay Library)
• Underground parking at Mainstream Mall
• Baviaanskloof Road (Hout Bay Scouts)
• Main Road
• NO PARKING in Andrews Road at the Finish by Kronendal Primary School.
