All athletes are required to provide an estimated completion time for seeding purposes.
Athletes will be required to complete a COVID-19 screening questionnaire using the Finish Time app before a race number will be issued. COVID-19 rules can be found here
There will be limited entries at Constantia Village on Thursday 10th March only.

  - Thursday, 10 March @ 11h00-18h00
  - Friday, 11 March @ 11h00-18h00

Race Day Information

START & FINISH: Start and finish at Opposite Consantia Village Shopping Centre, Constantia Main Road

Tog Bags

Tog bag facilities will be available

BATCHES: 6 batches of 300 athletes and 1 of 200 athletes starting 3 minutes apart will be used (batches may be altered closer to the time if regulations changes or if numbers require this)
REFRESHMENTS: Water will be provided in cups at 5km and 10km. Coca Cola will be provided at 10km and the finish. Participants are encouraged to bring their own bottle/cup or hydration pack. A refilling point will be available at 10km. Discarding any cups or other rubbish along the route will result in instant disqualification.
LUCKY DRAWS: A special lucky draw of an R1000 The Constantia Village voucher is also available for finishers who spend R100 at participating stores between 12 March and 12 April.
PARKING: Limited parking is available at and around The Constantia Village
COVID:
