The 2025 Durban City Marathon took place on Sunday, 30 March 2025, at Kings Park Athletics Stadium in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. Distances were 42.2km, 21.1km and 10km. Official results have been published by the timekeeper. It was a qualifying event for the Comrades Marathon.

This exciting race is a Comrades Qualifier which offers the opportunity for runners and walkers to experience the best of the City of Durban on a route of a true Big City Marathon with the full road closure.
