The 2022 eMalahleni City Marathon took place on Saturday, 24 September 2022, at Witbank High School in eMalahleni, Mpumalanga. Distances were 42.2km, 21.1km, 10km and 5km. Official results have been published by the timekeeper. It was a qualifying event for the Comrades Marathon.
