About this event

The 2025 Eye Can Walk took place on Sunday, 24 August 2025, at Suncoast Lawns in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal. Distances were 10km and 5km. Official results have been published by the timekeeper.

KZN Blind and Deaf Society proudly presents the Eye Can Walk 2025, a 5km or 10km walk/run. The event designed to raise awareness and funds for Blind and Deaf individuals. Eye Can Walk is a unique event designed to be accessible to all. Whether you walk, run, or use a wheelchair, we welcome you to join us.

Eye Can Walk brings together a diverse community of athletes, from serious competitors to casual walkers. While the 10km race (ASA and KZNA sanctioned) is a showcase for elite runners from clubs and schools, the 5km race offers a more inclusive and accessible option for everyone
