Manual Entries may be handed in at Brian Bands, The Footballer or UD Sports in Kariega. The closing date for
pre – entries will be Tuesday 12 November 2024
Spot Prizes will be given to all athletes that enter the race at Willard Xpress Mill Park, Mount Road, Gqeberha

Number Collection will take place at:
- Army Base Forest Hill Sports Ground on Friday, 15 November @ 16h00-18h00

Number collection will also take place on the day from 05h00

START & FINISH: Start and finish for all distances at SANDF Army Base, Forest Hill Sports Grounds, Willow Drive

Handouts

Gold medals to the first 5 men and ladies. Silver Medals to next 5 men and ladies and bronze medal to next 150 finishers with the cut-off time for 15km and 10km respectively

Hydration

There will be four refreshment stations on the 15km and three refreshment stations on the 10km and one refreshment station for 5km

Headphones

The use of music players with headphones is not allowed and may result in disqualification

Prize Giving

Scheduled to start at 08h45

They have a whole range of programs, and an awesome app to help you every step of the way. What is more you can join the forums on their website to ask questions or advise.
