The 2024 Great Kei Marathon took place on Saturday, 14 September 2024, at Kei Mouth Country Club in Kei Mouth, Eastern Cape. Distances were 42.2km, 21.1km and 5km. Official results have been published by the timekeeper. It was a qualifying event for both the Comrades Marathon and the Two Oceans Marathon.
