About this event

The 2026 Lesedi AC Annual Reconciliation Day Half-Marathon will take place Wednesday, 16 December 2026 from 06:15, at Vosloorus Stadium, Mngani St in Vosloorus, Gauteng, South Africa. Distances include a 21km, 10km and 5km races.

The running festival ekasi is back with a bang! Come join Lesedi Athletic Club on its traditional Reconciliation Day Half Marathon. This sought-after race has earned its enviable reputation as the running festival before Christmas where Children from Vosloorus and surrounding townships get to be spoilt with sweets, chips, toys, and all types of gifts. It also serves as an event to close off the running calendar in style while at the same time preparing the running community for the New Year.
