24/25 April 2026 - Race Weekend
- 10km Tough Run – Steve Tshwete Municipal Offices, Middelburg (FRIDAY ONLY) and Saturday @ START
- 50km Ultra – Steve Tshwete Municipal Offices, Middelburg
- 21km Wild Challenge – Damwal Complex (Loskopdam)
- Collecting times for all events:
  - Friday – from 12h00 – 20h00
  - Saturday – from 04h30 – 06h00

21km - Damwal Complex (Loskopdam)
10km - N11 (-24.44255, 29.46776)

FINISH: Loskopdam, a Forever Resort

The use of music players with headphones is not allowed and may result in disqualification

Walkers may participate with no additional time allowed

Prize Giving

Offcial prize-giving times: 10km @ 11h00, 21km @ 11h30 & 50km @ 12h00

TRANSPORT:
- BUS TRANSPORT 50km ONLY (Pre-booked and pre-paid ONLY)
  - Bus transport will be provided to the 50km START in Middelburg from Loskop Dam.
  - Busses will depart strictly from 04h00 – 04h45. Only 750 tickets available. One per athlete
  - Tickets will be allocated on a first come first serve basis and the ATHLETES only.
  - NO TRANSPORT WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM MIDDELBURG TO RESORT. ATHLETES ARE REMINDEDTHAT THE ROAD (N11) TO LOSKOP WILL CLOSE AT 05H00.
  - Busses returning to Middelburg leaves from 13h00. Last bus leaves Loskop at 14h00!
  - Bus tickets must be pre-booked with race entry at a cost of R100 per ticket.
  - NO bus tickets will be sold separately or on race day.
- FREE SHUTTLE SERVICE: 21km & Fun Run (Athletes ONLY)
  - A free shuttle service to drop off athletes at the registration / start of the 21km & Fun Run will be provided from the Resort Main Entrance / N11 from 05h00! 06h10 is the LAST BUS.
  - Strictly no spectators/parents/supporters

If you Google “Running Training Programs” or something similar you will find many free programs out there. And some are great, but if you are looking for something more, Coach Parry is the way to go.
