Number Collection will take place on:
- Saturday, 22 November @ 10h00-17h00 at:
  - Sportsmans Warehouse Tygervalley
  - Sportsmans Warehouse Rondebosch

24 & 25 November at Parc du Cap

START & FINISH: Start and finish at Parc Du Cap, 1 Mispel Road

Handouts

All finishers will be awarded with a medals and a TakealotNOW & MrD mystery box

Hydration

There will be three water stations with water sachets and water/Coca Cola at the finish

Timing

Official results will be based on Gun-to-Mat timing

Tog Bags

A tog bag facility will be available at the entrants’ own risk

Headphones

The use of music players with headphones is not allowed and may result in disqualification

Toilets

Toilets will be available at the start and finish
