Number collection

See below for information pertaining to the collection of your race pack.

Number Collection Information

Number Collection will take place at:
- Harfield Harries in Claremont on Thursday, 11 November @ 15h00-19h00
- Sportsmans Warehouse Tokai on
  - Friday, 12 November @ 10h00-16h00
  - Saturday, 13 November @ 09h00-13h00
- Soetwater Resort - Kommetjie on Saturday, 13 November @ 15h00-17h00

Runners will need to provide identification in the form of a driver’s license, ID or passport. Runners who do not provide identification will not receive their Race Number.
No third-party collections will be permitted. Except for juniors. You are required to pick up your Race Number in person.
Temp License Runners, please make sure you collect your temp license number that needs to go on your back. Runners who forget their temporary licences at home on race day will need to purchase a new one. (21.1km - R60)

Race Day Information

See below for more information pertaining to the lead-up to, and the race day itself

START & FINISH: Start and finish at Soetwater Resort

BATCH STARTS: Batch starts from 06:00. Runners will be sent their Batch Start Time
RACE TIMING: Each runner will receive a Race Number with a timing tag attached. Runners will be timed from the Start Timing Point to the Finish Timing Point.
PRIZE-GIVING: There will be no officail prize giving after the run. Category Prize winners will be contacted post race.
COVID-19 REGULATIONS

All entries will be done online. No in-person entries will be accepted at registration or on race day.
All runners are required to collect their race numbers in person and complete an initial pre-race screening.
Masks are compulsory at all times at Soetwater Resort. You will be allowed to remove your mask 200m after the start of the race.
COVID-19 screening questionnaires must be submitted online and will be sent to you before you collect your race number.
Temperatures will be recorded at the registration site before entry. Runners' temperatures must not exceed 37.5ᵒC. Tip: please take your temperature before coming to registration to ensure compliance.
Runners who fail the Covid-19 screening will not receive a race number and will be advised to seek medical attention and get tested.
On Race Day you will be screened before entering the venue.
Once at the venue you will be required to park and make your way to your Batch Holding Area.
Masks must be worn at Aid Stations if you are staying there for a prolonged time.
When finishing you must put on your mask and move through the finish area as quickly as you can.
