Online entries only - no exceptions
Collection points in Jo'burg and Pretoria as well as at the race venue
T-SHIRTS:

There will be a free commemorative SUBLIMATED LONG SLEEVE T-Shirt for all entrants before 8 May.
After 8 May there will be no t-shirts
There will be no t-shirts available to purchase for any non-entrants. If you want a t-shirt, you have to enter the race.

CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID: No Refunds will be given should the event be cancelled due to Covid-19, however the event will change to a Virtual-on-route event. The 50km distance should then be completed on the original route any time from 06:00 to 18:00 on the original day of the event. Timing mats will still be available with an official result.

Number Collection will take place at:
- Panarottis Morning Glen Shopping Centre, Sandton on Saturday, 4 June @ 09h00-13h00
- Run-a-Way Sport, Lynwood Ridge on Tuesday, 7 June @ 12h00-17h00
- Hartbeespoort Marathon clubhouse on Friday, 10 June @ 12h00-20h00

Uncollected packs will be forfeited and will not be available at Hartbeespoort

START & FINISH: Start and finish at Hartbeespoort High School

The use of music players with headphones is not allowed and may result in disqualification

Prize Giving

Scheduled to start at 12h45

CUT-OFF TIMES:

25km at 3 hours 30 min (10:00)
42,2km at 6 hours (12:30)
50km at 7 hours (13:30)
If you do not reach the cut-off points within the required time, you will be asked to retire from the Race and leave the road. YOU MAY NOT CONTINUE RUNNING.
Transport will be provided at all the cut-off points to take the runners back to the Finish.

TIMING: Gun to mat
WATER TABLES: 19 Fully stacked water tables along the route
LATE RUNNERS:

The start of the 50km will be closed 15 minutes after the official start time and any runner later than this not be allowed to start the race.
Any runner who starts the race distance after 15 minutes and does not follow this rule will be disqualified and not provided with a time or any race handout.
ALL prizes are based on GUN TO MAT times therefore all route cut-off and finish cut-offs will be based on Gun to Mat times.
