About this event
The 2025 Ottosdal Draf & Trap took place Saturday, 25 January 2025 from 16:30, at Ottosdal Showground in Ottosdal, North West, South Africa. Distances included a 42km, 21km, 10km and 5km races.
In 1994 the first event was held. It was only a 42.2km. Over the years the event has grown to what it is today. We cater for roughly 3000 athletes (combined with cycling). Our event is the biggest night race in North West. The road is being lit with 2000 paraffin lamps along the route.
