The Overberg Blue Crane Half Marathon made its debut on March 9th, 2024, starting at the scenic R321 Road in Caledon. This 21km route takes runners through the picturesque Overberg region, joining the R43 from Villiersdorp and finishing at the Heldestroom Sports Field, located at the Heldestroom Correctional Facilities on the R43 Greyton-Heldestroom Road.
The course offers a unique mix of rural landscapes, challenging terrain, and beautiful countryside views, making it a must-run for half marathon enthusiasts.
