About this event

The 2022 Race to Equality took place on Saturday, 12 March 2022, at Marks Park Sports Club in Johannesburg, Gauteng. Distances were 21.1km, 10km and 5km. Official results have been published by the timekeeper.

This fun, yet thoughtful initiative is brought to you by the Gender
Equality, Wellness and Leadership (GEWAL) Unit of the Motsepe
Foundation. The Motsepe Foundation is one of the largest philanthropic
organisations on the continent, and is in partnership with Athletics
South Africa to celebrate the diversity among us and #BreakTheBias.
