The 2026 Real Gijimas 50km Ultra Marathon took place on Sunday, 22 March 2026, starting at ZWELITSHA and finishing at Masizakhe Children's Home in Mdantsane, Eastern Cape. Distances were 50km, 4km and 1.6km. Official results have been published by the timekeeper. It was a qualifying event for the Comrades Marathon.
