START & FINISH: Start and finish for all distances at Redberry Farm, Geelhoutboom Road, Blanco

Start chute closes at 08h45 sharp on race day for the compulsory race briefing. Arrivals after this time will not be allowed to start.
Medals to all finishers within the cut-off times
Please carry your own water on the route
Ablution facilities available at Redberry Farm
Entrants to carry a cellphone in case of emergency or injury on route
Runners need to be self-sufficient
Immediate disqualification if a runner is caught littering
Immediate disqualification if a runner damages the trail or any vegetation

They have a whole range of programs, and an awesome app to help you every step of the way. What is more you can join the forums on their website to ask questions or advise.
