The 2020 STBB Red Hill Marathon and Classic took place Saturday, 25 January 2020 from 05:30, at Silverglades Sports Fields, Cnr Nelson Road, and 20th Avenue in Fish Hoek, Western Cape, South Africa. Distances included a 42km, 36km and 5km races.

Red Hill Marathon is an official qualifier for the Old Mutual Two Oceans Marathon and Comrades
