The 2023 Jock of the Bushveld 4-in-1 took place on Saturday, 18 March 2023, at Bergvlam High School in Mbombela, Mpumalanga. Distances were 42.2km, 21.1km, 10km and 5km. Official results have been published by the timekeeper. It was a qualifying event for the Comrades Marathon.
