About this event

The 2018 Metropolitan Slave Route Challenge took place Sunday, 13 May 2018 from 07:00, at Grand Parade, Cape Town in Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa. Distances included a 21km, 10km and 5km races.

A unique race with a heritage and historic significance.  This event
traces the ‘slave route’ and honours those who built Cape Town.
