Entries will be taken on the day from 05h45

Free Shirt to first 20 Pre-Entries on 15km!
Cashless SNAPSCAN and card entries on race day from 05h45. Please note we have limited float so try to bring the correct amount

  - TimBuild Somerset West
  - TimBuild Stellenbosch
  - TimBuild Woodstock

HYDRATION:

This is a "Carry-Your-Own" event
There will be WATER AVAILABLE at four refill stations at approximately 3 km INTERVALS but NO PLASTIC SACHETS.
Recyclable cups will be supplied but we encourage all runners to carry their own cups or small bottles that can be refilled at each station.
Coke & water will be available at the 9 km mark and the finish.
No Littering. Runners dispose of their litter within a "designated area".
Athletes who dispose of cups or other litter outside of these designated areas shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a warning and / or a fine.

If you Google “Running Training Programs” or something similar you will find many free programs out there. And some are great, but if you are looking for something more, Coach Parry is the way to go.

They have a whole range of programs, and an awesome app to help you every step of the way. What is more you can join the forums on their website to ask questions or advise.
