ENTRIES ARE LIMITED – FIRST COME FIRST SERVE
All entrants will receive a mask and a gift pack
Race numbers (bibs) will not be issued. All registered athletes must wear two valid licence numbers. Unregistered participants must purchase a Temporary Licence which must be worn on the front of the vest

- Sportsmans Warehouse V&A Waterfront on
  - Sunday, 12 December @ 12h00-16h00
  - Monday, 13 December @ 12h00-17h00
  - Tuesday, 14 December @ 13h00-17h00

Race Day Information

START & FINISH: Start and finish at V & A Waterfront, between the back of the Table Bay Hotel at the Helipad

Headphones

The use of music players with headphones is not allowed and may result in disqualification

PRIZE-GIVING: There will be NO Prize Giving on the day
ROUTE: The race will start close to the helipad area behind the Table Bay Hotel and the runners will proceed out of the V&A Waterfront toward Grainger Bay and along the Atlantic Seaboard promenade toward Sea Pont. Thereafter turn around and head back toward the finish line area close to quayside 1 adjacent to the Robben Island museum building.
CARRY OWN WATER: This is a carry your own event and there will be 1 fill-up station along the route.
COVID RULES:

Please wear your mask at all times.
Please note that you will need to carry your mask with you at all times:

NO spectators are allowed in the start and finish areas.
Please complete the Covid form sent to you and bring it along on race day
Your temperature will be taken on the day
PLEASE BE COVID COMPLIANT AT ALL TIMES
NO gathering in the finish area once you have completed the event.
