THESE RACES ARE RESTRICTED TO ATHLETES OVER 30 YEARS OF AGE ON RACE DAY.
ALL ATHLETES MUST STAY WITHIN THE YELLOW LINES ON THE N6, BE SAFE NOT SORRY!

Admin Fee

Late self-entry facilities at a R100 premium will be available on Friday and Saturday. Late entries are by card payments only.

- Beacon Bay Country Club on
  - Friday, 5 September @ 15h00-19h00
  - Saturday, 6 September @ 09h00-15h00

START:

42km - Near the Cobongo turning on the N6
21km - At the Stutt Group Quarry sign on the N6

FINISH: Beacon Bay Country Club, Beacon Bay

Handouts

Finishers medals for the 1st 800 in the marathon, and first 500 in the half-marathon

Hydration

Water points will be provided

Headphones

The use of music players with headphones is not allowed and may result in disqualification

Abultion

Toilets will be available at the start and finish

If you Google “Running Training Programs” or something similar you will find many free programs out there. And some are great, but if you are looking for something more, Coach Parry is the way to go.

They have a whole range of programs, and an awesome app to help you every step of the way. What is more you can join the forums on their website to ask questions or advise.
