The 2026 TROYSTA GTR 10 and 5km Trail Run took place Sunday, 22 February 2026 from 08:00, at Trail Kiosk, Van Riebeek Gardens in George, Western Cape, South Africa. Distances included a 10km and 5km races.

Join us to celebrate Troy’s story and raise awareness of Bacterial Meningitis. On 22 Feb 2026, we will host a GTR fundraising 10km Trail Run aka the Troysta, where all funds will go towards trail maintenance in our Outeniqua mountains.
