About this event

The 2022 SPAR Tzaneen Tuffy 4-in-1 Marathon took place Saturday, 5 March 2022 from 06:00, at Lombard Avocado @ Agatha, Old Coach Road in Tzaneen, Limpopo, South Africa. Distances included a 42km, 21km, 10km and 5km races.

The SPAR Tzaneen Tuffy 4-in-1 Marathon is a tough marathon with plenty of uphill training and therefore an excellent training run to prepare for the Comrades Ultra Marathon.

The Tuffy starts and finishes in the Agatha mountains, about 15 km from the beautiful town of Tzaneen. Along the circular marathon route, you will find breathtaking views of the Wolkberg mountains, Tzaneen dam and Politsi Valley, just to name a few.
