No entries on race day (unless the entry cap has NOT been reached).

Admin Fee

Late entries will attract an additional R20 entry fee, R30 for the marathon

Substitutions will only be allowed on race pack collection days @ R50 admin fee

Number Collection Information

Number Collection will take place at:
- Centurion Rugby Club on
  - Wednesday, 29 April @ 15h00-19h00
  - Thursday, 30 April @ 13h00-19h00

Number collection will also take place on the day from 04h30 - 06h15

It is strongly advised that you collect your race number on the two days leading up to the event.

START & FINISH: Start and finish for all distances at Centurion Rugby Club, West Ave, Centurion

Tog bag facilities will be available

The use of music players with headphones is not allowed and may result in disqualification

Pets

No animals will be allowed to accompany athletes

Walkers

Walkers may enter for any event. The cut-off times stipulated will apply to both runners and walkers

Toilets

Toilets will be available at every water point

Medical

Medical staff will be on duty

Note: No SMS messages or "Please Call Me’s” will be responded to
Marathon Cut-Off: Any participant in the 42.2km event, who has not reached the 21.1km/42.2km split (approximately 20.7 km mark) in 2 hours 40 minutes, will not be permitted to proceed on the 42.2km route and will be routed to the 21.1km finish
Road Closure:
- Tshwane Metro have agreed that the intersection of Lenchen Avenue and West Avenue may be closed to all traffic from 3h00 to 12h00. Please use South street and Hendrik Verwoerd avenue to get to the designated parking areas.
- This intersection is very close to the finish and the closure will ensure the safety for runners as well as ensuring you a clear passage to the finish line.
- The closure will affect your route to and from the venue, but we trust that the safety which it brings to you will be worth it. Please plan your route to and from the venue accordingly.
- West Avenue, between South and Lenchen will be closed from 3h00 to 12h00.
- The start is in West Avenue and the closure will ensure your safety.
- Only accredited vehicles will be allowed access. Please don't block the road and argue with marshals if you are not accredited.
Gautrain:
- Did you know that taking the Gautrain to and from the venue is an option? Even on public holidays the trains from Sandton and Hatfield will arrive in time for the race. It would help if you collect your race pack before, then you won't have any stress.
