West Coast Half-Marathon Entry Fees 2021:
	Virtual Half-Marathon (21.1km)	10km Virtual Race (10km)
Entry Fee	R50	R50

No entries available on race day

You can enter both the 10km AND the 21km for R80
As this is a charity event, R10 from each entry will be donated to our two nominated charities. Entrants will also have the option to donate an additional amount during the entry process, if desired.

Lucky Draws

Lucky draws will be held

Your selected distance(s) must be completed on 28 & 29 August.
Results must be submitted via a Google Form (link will be shared at the time) or Whatsapp by 10pm on Sunday 29th.
You will have the option to submit a screenshot or link from your GPS device to verify your time and distance, but this is not compulsory, we trust your honesty.Cheaters only cheat themselves.
There are NO performance or "podium" prizes.
Only those who submit finish times will qualify for the lucky draw.
The draw will take place on Tuesday 31 August at the West Coast AC club after club time trials.
Winners do not need to be present and will be notified, prizes can be collected with medals and buffs. Prizes will be confirmed closer to the time, they will be awesome!
Medals, buffs & prizes will be available for collection on Sat. 4 Sept at a single venue (venue TBC). If you are unable to arrange collection, please contact Justin to make alternate arrangements.
As this is a virtual event, you may participate anywhere. Participants are responsible for your own safety and for adhering to lockdown legislations and relevant traffic rules and municipal bylaws. Plan your route, don’t run alone and don’t run in unsafe locations. You participate at your own risk!

Looking for a training program to train for your first 5km?. Maybe you want to run a sub 4-hour marathon? Or in need of a masterplan to run through menopause? For these and many other running programs, you have come to right place.

If you Google “Running Training Programs” or something similar you will find many free programs out there. And some are great, but if you are looking for something more, Coach Parry is the way to go.

They have a whole range of programs, and an awesome app to help you every step of the way. What is more you can join the forums on their website to ask questions or advise.

Coach Parry himself, the Official Coaching Partner for the Comrades, Soweto Marathon & Om die Dam Ultra will be on hand to provide answers and give advise.
